Article I – Name and Purpose
- The name of this organization shall be New York State Messenger & Courier Association, Inc.
- The purpose of this association shall be:
To promote, encourage, broaden and advance the interest of those engaged in or having to do with the transportation of courier shipments in the greater New York Area.
