Mark Chiusano graduated from Jacksonville University with majors in both
Business and Economics and received a minor in Finance Administration. In
1998, Mr. Chiusano was selected as a finalist in the Ernst & Young
nationally sponsored Entrepreneur of the Year program. He was elected to
the Board of Directors of the Messenger Courier Association of the Americas
(MCAA) in 1999. He served the MCAA in a variety of roles including
President, Vice President, Treasurer, Convention Committee Chair and
Executive Leadership Series Chair. Mr. Chiusano was instrumental in
creating an "alignment" with the National Federation of Independent
Business (NFIB) who assists the MCAA in its lobbying efforts and has
expanded its membership benefits program.
Mr. Chiusano volunteers his time to the New York State Messenger & Courier Association (NYSMCA) assisting the Department of Transportation on issues that affect the flow of commercial traffic in Manhattan. In 2005, Mr. Chiusano chaired the NYSMCA committee that worked with the New York State Department of Labor. The committee created Guidelines for the Utilization of Independent Contractors (IC’s) for the messenger/courier industry. Mr. Chiusano was inducted into the MCAA “Courier Hall of fame” in 2009. The Courier Hall of Fame was created to honor the men and women who founded and shaped both MCAA and the industry as a whole.
Mr. Chiusano is married, the proud father of two girls and an avid golfer.

John V. Rutigliano is the Vice President of Operations and Information
Technology for A-1 International, Inc. Mr. Rutigliano started with the
company in 1983 running a local New York City messenger office. Since that
time the company has grown from a small office in New York and New Jersey
to brick and mortar locations in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and
Michigan in addition to operations in six other markets. A-1 International,
Inc. offers local same day messenger and trucking services, warehouse,
logistic and fulfillment services and scheduled and distribution services.
In addition to those services, Mr. Rutigliano is responsible for the
operations of A-1 Office Services Management, which is a management
outsourcing company that was established in 1987. In 2005, Mr. Rutigliano
was given the additional responsibility of overseeing the Information
technology for the company.
Mr. Rutigliano is now in his second term on the New York State Messenger and Courier (NYSMCA) Board of Directors. He is a graduate of New York University’s Stern Business School and received his Master’s in 1995 from Wagner College, which was the inaugural year of their Executive MBA program.
Mr. Rutigliano lives in New Jersey with his wife Nicole and their three children.

small Manhattan candy store on First Avenue to where it is today, the
largest, independently owned, newspaper/magazine home delivery service in

Focusing on the metro New York region, eighty messengers and forty drivers move an envelope to a truckload from Connecticut to Philadelphia. In 2008, the company began providing warehousing services for clients.
Mr. Newman has been a member of the New York State Messenger and Courier Association (NYSMCA) since 2004 and became a Board member in 2010.

His experience spans private startups to Public companies. David Kronick's areas of expertise are change management, IT strategy, M&A's and thought leadership. Mr. Kronick's specialties are IT management, strategy, mobile data development and implementation, telecom infrastructure, mergers and acquisitions, project management, change and transition management and leadership training. Mr. Kronick graduated from Claremont McKenna College in 1979 with a Bachelors of Arts in Theatre/Philosophy.

Christopher MacKrell is currently President and Chief Operating Officer of
Custom Courier Solutions, Inc., a full service transportation organization
based in Rochester, New York. Custom Courier Solutions, Inc. provides the
full range of logistic services to the less than 24-hour delivery market
from its ten locations throughout New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
Prior to Custom Courier Solutions, Inc., Mr. MacKrell was with CD&L, a
full service transportation company based in Hackensack, New Jersey, where
he held the position of Manager of Business Development and oversaw the
company’s sales effort in the Northeast.
Mr. MacKrell was formerly Regional Vice President-East, overseeing the field sales and ground operations for AirNet Systems. AirNet operates a fleet of turbo and jet powered aircraft servicing the Banking and Medical industry based in Columbus, Ohio. Prior to AirNet Systems, Mr. MacKrell was employed by Velocity Express, and its predecessor companies, in various National Sales and Senior Operations position in the Northeast. Mr. MacKrell has been active in the transportation industry since 1982.
Mr. MacKrell is an active member of the Customized Logistics & Delivery Association (formally the MCAA) where he has held a board seat for the last thirteen years and is the Association’s Immediate Past President and member of the Executive Committee. In addition to his role on the Executive Committee, Mr. MacKrell also chaired the Industries Government and Legal Affairs Committee for ten years.
